Climate Consultant translates this raw climate data into dozens of meaningful graphic displays.

Climate Consultant is a simple-to-use, graphic-based computer program that helps architects, builders, contractor, homeowners, and students understand their local climate. 

It uses annual 8760 hour EPW format climate data that is made available at no cost by the Department of Energy for thousands of weather stations around the world.

Click Install

Click next

Click next

Start a New project

Select the project type, Units & weather Date

With respect to Weather data can select Open Existing EPW weather Data file - to get the climate data specific to your region.

How can we install this Data for a specific region ? Lets see how?

When this Tab - Open Existing EPW weather Data file - is clicked

It will direct to the following screen to Install Weather Data

When you click Install from Weather data site it will direct you to Energyplus site shown below.

Click on the specific Region it will direct to respective countries under the region and on selecting the country will list the cities EPW Weather Data.

Right Click on the EPW file of the city - Copy Link address

Paste the link in the Install Weather Data window.

Now Installation process of Climate consultant and Setting up a New project with its own EPW weather data is completed.
