How to do LOFT in Rhino?

To draw a Curved profile select - Control point curve from the tab shown below.

Control point curve : Using this command draw the curved lines

Draw the Curved profile in the correct plane, check it in the view. 

Make copy of the curved line as shown.

Select the curved profile.

Type LOFT in command line after selecting the lines.

Click ok in the Loft Option dialogue box.

The mesh is created along the curved lines.

The profile of the curves can be edited by clicking on the curved points of the profile

How to do OFFSET in Rhino?

Select the Plane or Mesh surface in order to extrude it.

Type the following in Command Line

- OFFSETSRF -COMMAND LINE after selecting the lines

Click - Flip all

Give a Distance to offset.

To turn off the mesh - uncheck the - surface Isocurve – Display tab

Now the mesh is extruded based on the Distance value given.
